Patrick Davis started Austin After Dark in 2010 with the belief that Austinites would support local musicians more if it was easier to find the shows and bands that appealed to them. Tired of the corporate state of anyone promoting Austin music he set out to do it himself. With the help of some savvy music fans around town Austin After Dark looks to open a fully functioning website and more in late 2011
